The Platinum Support scope of services will include:
- Quality Assurance review of Bigcommerce features/functions
- Proactive recommendations and updates based on eCommerce best practices
- Guidance on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices
- Problem research and recommended resolution/workaround
- Hands-on configuration for requested feature/function (up to 2 hours/month)
- HTML/CSS or other Custom Web Design work (up to 2 hours/month)
- Establishes a close working relationship:

- Familiar with your employees & support staff
- Monthly 30 minute status check/update call
